These days many people travel with cameras, phones, iPads, and even laptops, all of which require regular charging. All lodges and hotels will be able to provide some means of recharging your batteries. If there are no power points in your room, as is often the case in mobile camps, then there will be sockets you can use in the camp office. Many camps and lodges have the plug adapters, but we recommend that you bring your own to be safe. Do not forget to bring the specific charger(s) for your equipment with you, as these will not be provided.
