Perhaps one of Madagascar's most iconic sites, the Avenue of the Boababs is a dirt road which links Morondava and Belo Tsiribihina, and is framed by dozens of towering ancient baobab trees. It is a little off the beaten track, but no visit to the island is complete without taking in this stunning natural site.
