Fistula Run
Couldnt be more proud of our Nomad team for taking part in the local Fistula Marathon this weekend. We had 12 people from our office lace up and run this Sunday raising awareness for Fistula and the challenges many women across Tanzania still face from simply because they do not have access to safe maternal health care. There is a centre in Arusha that offers treatment otherwise unavailable to these women. Nomad supports this organisation by running outreach programs to help women in
