Italian Cuisine in Tanzania
Italian vs Tanzanian cook-off%21 On Thursday night we had roast stuffed chicken served with homemade tagliatelle pasta. We also had two awesome Italian friends from Milan. We set them a challenge: lets do a blind tasting for our other 16 guests and see if Team Tanzania or Team Italy win the vote on who makes the tastiest pasta. Marta and Sara wowed our kitchen team away teaching them a new recipe and in the end it was a draw but we all won as we got to taste the delicious gnocci. At S
